He has conducted more than 3000 man-days of audit and trainings as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS I8001, SA 8000, HACCP, FSMS/ ISO 22000, BRC GS-Food Safety, BRC GS Packaging Materials, BRC GS Storage & Distribution, BRC GS Agents & Brokers, FSSC 22000- Food & Packaging, SQF, GLOBAL GAP, Organic, ISO 22716, EfFCI, GMP, GCP, GCE, CDM, HALAL and FSMA for top companies in India and globally apart from the vendor audits for leading retailers. He has adequate experience of working with Accreditation Standards such as ISO 17021, ISO 17020, and ISO 17065. He is Principal Trainer and Approved Training Partner of BRC Global Standards for Food Safety/ Packaging Materials/ Storage & Distribution/ Agents & Broker/ Ethical Trade & Responsible Sourcing standards. He is an approved Consultant of BRCGS. He is approved Consultant & Trainer for ISO 22000/ FSMS by NBQP (Quality Council of India). He is also one of the approved consultant of APEDA. He is an experienced management person with a demonstrated history of working in the quality domain of the various FMCG and F&B industries. He has strong professional background with Bachelor of Technology Degree in Chemical Technology- Food Technology from HBTU, Kanpur. He has demonstrated competence in GHP, GMP, FSMS, FSSC, BRCGS, other management system standards including agricultural and social standards. He is also a Lead Auditor and Trainer of FSMS/ ISO 22000.

She is responsible for the training services of the organization. This includes On-Site Public Trainings, Virtual Trainings, In-house Trainings and Customized Trainings for Consulting Services. She has more than 11 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, auditing and consulting including work in certification body and APEDA. She is professional food technologist from Institute of Food Processing Technology.

She is responsible for acquiring and initial set up of the new projects, development of new business and business streams while proving adequate support to both consultancy and training divisions. She has experience in consultancy, auditing, training and product development. She is B. Tech. in Bio Technology and M. Tech. in Food Technology. She is trained in FoSTaC, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and other GFSI approved standard.

She is responsible for developing documentation, providing onsite and offsite support to the clients in system implementation as a part of the Consultancy Services team. She also conducts site audit and site training as per the requirement of the client. She is B. Sc. in Microbiology and M.Sc. in Food Technology. She is trained in FoSTaC, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, packaging material and finished product testing.
